plans that reflect the students’ ideal vision for the future. |

County Special Education Co-Op will have access to the general education
curriculum and be provided services in the least restrictive environment. |
| All students of the Duval
County Special Education Co-Op will be provided with instruction in an
age-appropriate setting and attend classes with their general education peers
receiving direct support from special educators. |
| All teachers of the Duval
County Special Education Co-Op will receive training and support from district
and Co-Op administrators and personnel. |
| The Duval County Special
Education staff will analyze data and make sound recommendations that will
positively impact all member districts. |
